Submitted!!!

Sorry forgot to post last week when we found out we were submitted! There was a little miscommunication at first, we did not hear form anyone and we all thought we were not submitted. Then the next day (Friday) we were emailed the correction that we were infact submitted on the 30th!!! So now we just wait on the country to change over and open back up!

Closure!

Well, we found out today that last week an email was sent out that we were somehow left off of. In there was the info that the adoption offices in Peyton's country are closing July 11th for maybe 3 months so they can transfer offices. We can still submit up till that time, but unless we can get there, meet him, and get approved by the 11th, we can not continue the adoption process till they open back up.

In the letter they encouraged ppl to try to have things ready so they could be submitted by today. We would have made today's submission if it were not for that paper mistake we had to redo this week. They are still going to submit us next week probably. So for us to not have to wait till the fall, we will have to get submitted Thurs and then get an appt date for that next wk, which would mean having a few days to get ready and travel. Then we would have to fly through the process in country super fast. It would pretty much be a MIRACLE! So the next few wks will either be incredibly insane for us running all over getting ready and traveling... or it will be three months till we go anywhere and know anything. I don't even know if financially we could leave next wk to travel. We have the funds for the 1st trip but not for the 2nd.

We are just praying and knowing God has this. All is for the best and will work out how it is intended to. It is just hard to be so close and now not really know what will happen. Thank you for praying with us!

Ok so our passport copies were all certified and apostilled together... which is not supposed to happen. They need them all separate to send to different places in the country. So we have to have them redone and sent over there ASAP!!! So no submission this week. Must get submitted by next week! Pray!
